Spare guest tickets

We offer all graduands a maximum of two guest tickets free of charge at the point of making your online booking. Spare guest tickets for any ceremonies are not guaranteed as this is dependent upon the number of students that book to attend a ceremony and how many guest tickets they book.

We will contact all graduands via email, regardless of whether there are any spare tickets or not.  For ceremonies where there is spare ticket availability, the email will confirm how and when they can be booked.  Spare tickets for November will be released on Friday 25 November 2024 at 7pm and booking will close on Monday 28 November 2024 at 7pm.  

Please note that the spare tickets ordered online are free of charge, however, if there are any spare tickets available on the day of the ceremony, there will be a charge of £5 per ticket. 

Family and friends can also watch the live stream of the ceremony for free via their own computer or mobile device, and they do not need to order tickets for this.
