Register with Disability Services

Please register with the service to access the support available. You can do this at any time before your course starts or during your studies. We recommend registering as early as possible.

Registering with the service gives us the opportunity to find out more about your requirements and to ask you to confirm that you give consent to share disability-related information with relevant staff so your support can be put in place. If you do not give consent to share information we may not be able to put all the support you require in place. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing disability@hud.ac.uk. We will discuss information to be shared with you and explain which staff members have access to this. 

The registration process

• Click the 'register now' button below to access the online registration form.
• Please complete the information on the form. This should take around 5 minutes to complete.
• You will be asked to supply your 7-digit student number - if you do not know this, you can leave the section blank.
• You will be asked to provide supporting information for your disability via email, post or in person. If you do not yet have supporting information, you can still register with us.
