- Specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia
- Ongoing mental health difficulties
- Long-term medical conditions such as diabetes, cancer, Crohn's disease

Updates to the Personal Learning Support Plan
The University has made some changes to the Personal Learning Support Plan (PLSP). The main changes are:
- Each section of the PLSP is now in a tab which you can expand to view.
- Support in written exams is separate from support in practical assessments.
- If your PLSP is updated, you can look in the 'Latest Changes' section to see what has changed.
- You can use the 'Action' button to send Disability Services feedback about your PLSP.
For students who had a previous version of the PLSP, please log on to your plan via MyHud to check that the support and adjustments cover your study requirements. If they do, you do not need to do anything. If you feel the updated version no longer covers your study requirements, please do one of the following:
- Email the details to disability@hud.ac.uk
- Request an appointment using the Disability Services Appointment Request Form
Many thanks.
