The online booking portal will open in September 2024.
Shortly before the online system opens, we will email your personal and University email accounts with the link you need to book your place and that of your guests.
Once the booking system closes, a place at the advertised ceremony can no longer be guaranteed and it may not be possible for you to attend a ceremony with your course colleagues or to have any guests in the main venue.
During the booking process you will be asked how many tickets you want to order. If you are struggling with the process, please download our guide.
You will be able to book a maximum of 2 guest tickets in the ceremony venue.
You can't have more than the maximum number of guest tickets at this time so please don't try to book more. Even if you return to the system and get a different booking reference number only your first order will count and anything in excess of this will be cancelled and you won't get the tickets.
Please remember that if you want to bring a child over 24 months then they must have their own ticket and they will not be allowed in the venues without one.
Guest tickets are free of charge but are only guaranteed in the main venue if ordered before the deadline. All tickets are collected on the day and nothing will be posted out to you.
